📦 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a tracking link when it ships.

Sustainable Packaging

  • All TAMSA orders are shipped in recyclable, minimal-waste packaging.
  • We avoid plastic fillers and use biodegradable cushioning wherever possible.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹1999.
  • For orders below ₹1999, a flat shipping fee of ₹75 applies.

Order Tracking

  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
  • You can also track your order anytime through your TAMSA account dashboard.

Failed Deliveries & Reattempts

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, our courier will attempt 2 more times.
  • After 3 failed attempts, the order will be returned to us. You’ll be notified and refunded (excluding shipping charges).
