Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

Cleaning Products ✅ Yes Within 7 days Unused, in original packaging
Other Products ✅ Yes Within 7 days Unused, in original packaging

🔄 When We Offer a Replacement or Refund

You are eligible for a free replacement or full refund if:

·         The product arrives damaged, leaking, or defective

·         You received the wrong item

All product return requests will be accepted within 7 days of placing the order

If approved, the replaced or exchanged product will be delivered within 10 days

 

Time Limit to Report Issue:
📩 Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos of the issue.

💵 Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

·         Refund will be credited within 5–7 working days

·         You will receive it via the original payment method or bank transfer

For COD orders, we’ll request your UPI/bank details.

2.      Include your order ID, photos, and reason

3.      Our support team will guide you through return pickup or courier

🚚 Return Shipping

·         If the error is on our side (wrong/damaged item), return shipping is free

·         For other reasons, customer may need to bear shipping charges

Non-Returnable Items

·         Opened or used cleaning products

·         Products returned after 7 days of delivery
